Postage & Packaging
All postage & packaging is TOTALLY FREE of charge within UK mainland for orders over £50.00. If the total value of your order is under £50.00 there is a delivery charge of £5.00.
Once you have placed your order and it has been paid for, the item will be checked and packaged by myself before it is sent out. We aim to despatch orders within 10 days of receiving payment. The jewellery is made to order so it can take longer. The personalised items can also take longer. If you would like the item sooner, please contact me: sales@emmahalldesigns.co.uk
Items that are specially commissioned will take longer, but you will be given an approximate delivery date as a guide when we discuss your order.
Once your order has been sent we will send you an email to let you know, and you will be provided with a tracking number.
All orders under £50 will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. All orders over £50 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guarateed to arrive by 1pm the next working day (from when we send your order) and will require a signature.

To order a specific Colour Choice or Gold/Silver Plate Follow the instuctions: Click on "add to Basket" then after you add your name & address click on "Complete Payment" in the "Your Comment Box" state the Colour you would like.
To get your 10% Wedding Fayre Discount (we will have taken your name at the Wedding Fayre at "The Bear" or "Miskin Manor") Follow the Instructions: To make sure that you get your discount simply email or telephone me before you submit your order. I will then adjust the payment amount specifically for you and you can pay through the website using PayPal or a card, or over the telephone using a card. To make things easy for you we even accept cheques through the post. Its your choice. On the other hand pay through the website as normal and we will reimburse you.
